The weekend in review....

I thought I would blog once again. Had a pretty good weekend....However, just like every other weekend, it just went to fast. Friday Allison & I hung out and lounged around the house and watched Wedding Crashers.....Oh man what a great fucking movie. A must definite must see... Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn are just fucking hilarious together. They need to do a lot more projects together. Allison went out with Ashley Saturday night and I chilled out here. Played some video games, and finished the night up with a viewing of Harold & Kumar....another great movie... Movies are so much more fun to watch on our new flat panel television... Now I wish I could watch "widescreen" w/o the damn lines for normal tv's.....I'm sure Im missing something there.... I probably can set it up that way but that damn tv has a friggen manual like a novel...

Today I went to the airport around 10ish.... I scrubbed up some parts for the Beech....That involved industrial strength paint remover...which, btw, if anyone has had great privelege of using will understand how great that was...IT BURNS LIKE FUCK!! I was wearing gloves and it eats right through them... After that we went and worked on the B-17 a little bit... Probably doesn't mean anything to anybody here, but to work on one of these is really something... I mean, to do something that has only occurred a few times in the last 20 years, let alone since the mid-40's..... There really has only been maybe one other restoration of a B-17 like this one ever, and that was Liberty Belle .
