"It's not the fucking Concorde!"

Okay... So I thought I would update everyone in this blogging community on the newest of the Drain aviation dealings.... The sons of the deceased local man who bought that B-17 project have decided, at least for the time being, to carry out the project. So I met dad at the airport on my day off and we went to go see it.... It was getting gangbanged pretty hard by about 8 guys... pretty amazing considering there was only the nose part of the fuselage which is probably about 15 -20 ft worth of plane. If they had this type of enthusiasm throughout the project it might ONLY, yes I said ONLY 15 years! But the type of time it takes for these types of restorations. I forgot to take my camera but my brother went later on in the evening.... Here are some pictures for your viewing pleasure.....
